We aim to make your stay as relaxed and comfortable as possible. If you have a question not answered on our website do get in touch. Below are some of our frequently asked questions.

We can be flexible as we own and run the accommodation personally – the answer is to book early if you want a specific date and we will do our best to accommodate you. For a week’s stay arrival days are usually Saturday.

Sorry, no. Pets are not permitted at either property.

We have storage facilities (free of charge), just let us know in advance.

Both cottages are on a single level with no step from the car park, however The Dairy has a step from the second bedroom to the en-suite. Should you have any specific requirements, please contact us directly for additional information. You can also see our accessibility statement here.

Please inform us immediately (by email AND in writing) if you have to cancel your booking. If we are able to re-let the property for the same period your money will be refunded, less the £100 deposit. If we are unable to re-let the accommodation you will be liable for the full fee.

Yes, we can accommodate short breaks with a minimum stay of 2 nights.

We live on-site and personally welcome all guests on arrival, so it would be helpful if you could advise of expected arrival time.

Children over 5 are welcome but both cottages are not suitable for under 5s.

If you have extra vehicles or additional requirements please contact us – we are able to provide more parking if you let us know in advance.
